During the conference (Nov 8-9), we are planning for two panels, 18 workshops, poster presentations, and one business lunch, along with many opportunities for socializing with your friends in the SF community.
Registration for preconference day (November 7th) sessions will begin August 1, 2024.
Membership in the SFBTA is included with registration, but not automatic. You must click here to join. If you are already a member (i.e., currently designated as member in WildApricot platform), your renewal date will be updated to October 31, 2025.
Preferred payment for U.S. residents is via Zelle to board@sfbta.org. Please allow 2 business days for processing (this is considered offline payment). You may also pay with credit card ($10 processing fee) by clicking Pay Online.

Cancellation Policy: Should it become necessary to cancel your registration, you may submit refund request on or before 10/14/2024 by emailing the Board . A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Refund requests received after 10/14/2024 will not be considered. However, substitutions are permitted and may be requested by emailing the Board prior to start of conference on 11/8/2024.
